Job summary

Planned is seeking an Enterprise Technical Program Manager to own the success of a dedicated enterprise account from our Montreal headquarter. You will drive platform implementation, integrations, workflow improvements, and product initiatives across multiple teams, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders and Planned's Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.

• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Event Operations, Supply, and Finance.
• Partner with Event Managers and Customer Success Leads to support successful event execution.
• Identify recurring issues and lead scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of Planned’s platform, services, and standardized workflows.
• Monitor program performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
• Partner with the Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities.

About the Role

Planned is looking for an Enterprise Technical Program Manager to own the success of a dedicated enterprise account.

This person will lead strategic projects across the account, including platform implementation, integrations, workflow improvements, and product initiatives. They will act as the bridge between the client’s stakeholders and Planned’s Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

The role will also work closely with Customer Success Leads and Event Managers to ensure events are executed successfully, risks are identified early, and recurring issues are resolved at the program level.

In partnership with the Account Manager, this person will identify adoption opportunities, client needs, and signals for commercial expansion.
