Enterprise Account Manager
Montreal, Quebec | Customer Success | In office | Full-time
Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & event booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. Planned already works with over 200 companies across North America, such as PwC, L'Oréal, Google, Samsung and Airbnb. We’re on a mission to disrupt a $500+ billion industry and we want to work with brilliant minds and natural leaders who are driven to out-think, out-plan, and outperform the competition.
What You’ll Do
- Own a book of signed enterprise accounts as the commercial driver of expansion—bringing in new users, business units, geographies and product lines.
- Systematically grow share of wallet across accounts such as EY, Airbnb, DoorDash, Lego, OpenAI and Honda.
- Identify and convert untapped pockets within existing accounts: new regions, event categories and stakeholder groups not yet on the platform.
- Lead all commercial negotiations—renewals, multi-year extensions, MSA amendments, rate‑card changes and new product sales.
- Build and close mandated, multi‑country rollouts—our highest‑leverage outcome.
- Maintain executive relationships with Directors, VPs and C‑level sponsors who can mandate Planned across an organization.
- Keep HubSpot clean, your forecast honest and leadership informed. No surprises at quarter‑end.
- Partner with CSMs, Implementation, Supply and Finance—pulling in the right people at the right moment to win the deal.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of enterprise B2B account management, expansion sales or strategic accounts experience—ideally in SaaS, marketplaces or transaction‑based platforms.
- A track record of growing six‑ and seven‑figure accounts year-over-year, with numbers you can speak to.
- Multi‑stakeholder, multi‑region seller—able to read a global org chart and find the right entry points across Procurement, Travel, Marketing, Events and Finance.
- Commercially fluent—rate cards, take rates, MSAs, multi‑year structures and ROI cases for finance audiences are your native language.
- Executive presence—you can hold your own with a CFO, CMO or Chief Procurement Officer in writing and in person.
- Pace and ownership—you build the plan, work the plan and adjust the plan without waiting to be told.
- You use AI tools as a natural part of how you work—this is non‑negotiable.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Industry experience in events, hospitality, business travel or strategic procurement.
- Experience expanding a marketplace or transaction‑fee business where adoption depth drives revenue.
- Sold into both Procurement and end‑user buyers inside the same account.
- French, Spanish or other languages—useful as we grow internationally.
What We Offer
- Culture of high performance, strong talent density and in‑person collaboration.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Competitive compensation packages.
- All the tools and gear you need—MacBook, screens, mouse, keyboard, Claude, etc.
- Health, dental, vision and psychology insurance.
- Bus pass subsidy or indoor parking.
- Stocked up snacks and lunches in office twice per week.
- Dog‑friendly office.
- Relocation support, if needed.
