We are looking for a strategic, client-focused, and results-driven leader who can effectively balance business development, project delivery, technical leadership, and people management.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, business acumen, problem solving, organization, judgment, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- P.Eng. designation or progress toward P.Eng. in Ontario is preferred
- 6–8 years of experience in FDA- and/or HPFB-regulated industries
- experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, engineering, manufacturing, facilities, equipment, validation, or related environments
- strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and engineering principles and practices
- strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards
