Ensure QA Review Checklists reflect project-specific technical and jurisdictional requirements, are introduced at project outset and are used throughout delivery. Schedule reviews around key project milestones, confirm checklists are completed for review by the Architect of Record, and document review status and resolution of technical issues across studio projects.
  • Develop the next generation of technical leaders through hands‑on mentorship, project reviews and knowledge sharing focused on detailing, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration.
