Job summary

Brex is seeking a Technical Consultant to own the integration implementations for our customers from kickoff to go-live. You will translate business requirements into effective Brex configurations and resolve challenges with best-practice approaches, helping customers achieve long-term success.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end integrations with systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct and QuickBooks, acting as the technical advisor and guiding customers through ERP architecture and processes

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role implementing or configuring accounting systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into product configurations and solutions.
• Strong project management skills with ownership of deliverables and timelines.
• Accounting/Finance background is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end integration of customer systems with Brex (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks) to ensure smooth launches.
• Lead customer-facing project meetings and technical calls from kickoff to go-live.
• Translate customer needs into effective Brex integration configurations and best practices.
• Create and refine training materials and Help Center content to reduce escalations.
• Act as the voice of the customer to internal Product and Engineering teams for feedback and improvements.
• Share learning from projects with the Integration team to improve processes.

Job description

• As a Technical Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the integration implementation for our customers, guiding them from kickoff to go-live
• You will be responsible for translating a customer’s business requirements into an effective product configuration, solving challenges, and providing best practices related to Brex Integrations
• Ultimately, you’ll ensure that customers are equipped with the necessary knowledge to feel confident with their integrations, setting them up for long-term success
• Own the successful integration of customer systems with Brex, managing the end-to-end implementation for systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks to ensure a smooth and effective launch
• Act as the primary technical advisor for your customers, applying your knowledge of ERP architecture and business processes to guide them toward an optimal integration setup
• Lead project meetings and technical calls with customers, setting clear expectations, capturing detailed notes, and driving the project forward from kickoff to go-live
• Contribute to customer enablement by helping create and refine training materials and Help Center content, empowering users and helping to minimize future escalations
• Serve as the voice of the customer to our internal teams, translating their needs and feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Engineering partners
• Actively contribute to the Integration team’s collective knowledge, sharing insights from your projects and collaborating with peers to solve challenges and enhance our internal processes
