About the Role & Team

As a member of the Technical Compliance team, you will be responsible for Release Note management, overseeing the end-to-end regulatory lab/third-party lab certifications along with reviewing change management requirements that impact for the regulatory betting platforms under Penn Interactive and Score Media and Gaming .You will be challenged with the fast-paced release schedule, multiple product portfolios, regulatory compliance, change management protocols and audits. You will be a part of a diverse group of talented Technical Compliance Analysts that continuously contribute to evolving our processes as we expand our operating jurisdictions.

About the Work

  • S upport our change management process with change review for level of change along with appropriate regulatory communication of changes with Release Note submissions
  • Facilitate and monitor Release Note submissions to regulators
  • End to end oversight of regulatory lab and third-party lab certifications for all regulated markets we are live in
  • Assist in understanding new industry regulations that would affect the engineering team
  • Work across engineering, product, marketing, security, data analytics and other teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policy
  • Support the engineering team during routine annual/periodic security assessments/audits with regulatory bodies/ITLs, responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Act as a liaison including submitting documentation with external auditors
    • Schedule meetings between external auditors and stakeholders
    • Provide related project statuses to management, engineering team leads, and other stakeholders
    • Update/develop documentation around policies and procedures required for the engineering team to ensure standards and procedures are accurate and available to internal stakeholders
  • Provide support with other compliance documentation needs as they arise, facilitating policy review updating/developing IT internal controls, etc.
  • Other duties as required.

About You

  • Degree in computer science/engineering, or equivalent knowledge and/or experience.
  • Minimum Two years' experience in Information Technology (IT) Audit, IT/Finance Risk Governance or Technical/Product Compliance
  • Background in highly regulated industries such as finance and/or gaming
  • Preferred experience executing IT Risk Assessments and gap analysis exercises
  • Preferred experience working directly with regulators and third-party labs/auditors
  • Ability to translate technical changes/documentation/scenarios effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate strong M365 application experience
  • Experience facilitating multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
