- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate workshops, interviews, requirement review sessions, and technical discussions to ensure that business and technical teams share a consistent understanding of integration objectives.
- Gap and Impact Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and business processes to identify functional gaps, integration risks, performance limitations, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
- Integration Solution Support: Work with solution architects and developers to clarify requirements, evaluate implementation options, and ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs and architectural standards.
- User Stories and Backlog Management: Break complex integration requirements into manageable user stories, prioritise requirements, and support backlog refinement in Agile delivery environments.
- Testing and Validation: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define integration test scenarios, test data requirements, expected results, and acceptance criteria. Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate requirement‑related issues, data inconsistencies, interface failures, and integration defects by coordinating with relevant technical teams.
- Security and Compliance: Document integration‑related security, privacy, access control, auditability, and data retention requirements in accordance with applicable organisational policies and regulations.
- Change Management: Assess the impact of requirement changes, maintain traceability, update documentation, and communicate approved changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers with requirement tracking, dependency management, milestone planning, risk identification, and delivery status reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify integration processes, reduce manual data handling, improve data quality, and enhance system reliability.
