Job summary

Apex Bridge Talent Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an onsite role in Montreal, with occasional visits to client sites in Baie-Comeau, Bécancour, and Deschambault. The candidate will bridge business and technical teams, focusing on full-stack and mobile development, and will communicate in French and English.

The role requires hands-on technical guidance, strong stakeholder engagement, and ability to work across distributed teams, including offshore members.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English required; strong bilingual communication is essential.
• Experience with frontend tech (Blazor or Angular) and mobile development (iOS/MAUI).
• Ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and hands-on engagement in distributed projects.
• Lead frontend and mobile development efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Convert functional requirements into high-level technical designs.
• Collaborate with customers to crystallize requirements and change requests.
• Manage daily activities of the development team onsite and offshore as needed.
• Mentor the development team on technical aspects and deliverables.
• Review code, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and work with ARM templates.
• Coordinate with Process Owners and Stakeholders to document opportunities or enhancements.
• Handle incident management and L2/L3 support tickets as required.
• Navigate change management processes and communicate SPOCs effectively.

Job description

Business Title: Technical Business Analyst (Business analyst with full-stack, mobile development.)

Job Type: Full- time Onsite, involves working out of Client office in Montreal and Occasional Visit to sites in Baie-Comeau (100 Route Maritime), in Bécancour (5555 Rue Pierre-Thibault), Deschambault (1 Blvd des Sources).

Bilingual: Should be fluent in both French and English (fluency 8/10)

Language Skill: (Must have): Advance French-Canadian language efficiency. The position will require to communicate in French (read, write, and present in workshops which will have majority French speakers) (Native speakers preferred).

Communication Skill: (Must have): Ability to analyze business case. Manage stakeholder communication, Project sponsor and business relationship management, User training, User experience management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction, technically hands-on to engage in implementation of projects, working in a distributed development environment.
• Good at Front end technologies – Blazor / Angular (one of them must)
• Exp using Mobile technologies – Primarily iOS development & MAUI
• Develop high level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes.
• Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery from a high-level technical perspective.
• Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change request.
• Manage daily activities of the development team both onsite and offshore as needed.
• Provide mentoring, assistance, and feedback to the development team on all technical matters and team deliverables.
• Designing/coding applications following specifications using the appropriate tools and adhering to the companies coding standards.
• Review pulls requests, create/maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines and ARM templates.
• Collaboration with other teams across the globe (availability for some night conference calls during the week)
• Work closely and interact with the Process Owners, Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements
• Experience in Incident management, troubleshooting & handling L2 & L3 tickets for support programs.
• Ability to handle Change management process, effectively communicate, follow defined process to handle customer SPOCs.
