Job summary

BBGC, a global technology consultancy, seeks Technical Business Analysts to join our Montreal team. You will work on integration projects spanning trading, risk management, ERP, and logistics, leveraging OpenText VAN platforms and related B2B interfaces.

You will coordinate validation, sign-off, deployment and post-production support with clients and internal teams. French language ability is preferred; experience with Azure DevOps and backlog management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Trading Grid or similar VAN integration platforms.
• SAP Order-to-Cash or ERP/logistics integration experience.
• EDI 856 / ASN and Certificate of Analysis processes.
• FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, API, and middleware integrations.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, carriers, or manufacturing customers.
• Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management.
• Strong French communication skills.

Strongly preferred experience:

• OpenText Trading Grid, OpenText Business Network, another VAN, or comparable B2B integration platform.
• SAP Order-to-Cash, shipment, logistics, customer master, or warehouse integration experience.
• EDI 856 / ASN and Certificate of Analysis processes.
• FTP/SFTP, XML, CSV, API, and middleware integration concepts.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, brokers, carriers, or manufacturing customers.
• Azure DevOps requirements or backlog management.
• French communication capability.
• Experience coordinating business validation, sign-off, deployment, and post-production support.

Desirable experience:

• Anaplan functional support, administration, or model-management exposure.
• Power BI or operational reporting.
• Modern ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation exposure.
• Problem management and root-cause analysis.
• Experience building a new support model or transitioning a project into BAU.
