Agilus by Synergie is hiring a Technical Assembler / Warehouse Associate in Brampton, Ontario. The role combines hands-on assembly with warehouse responsibilities, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in manufacturing or warehouse roles, can read drawings, and operates hand and power tools with accuracy. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and on-site work in Brampton.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments.
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic computer systems confidently.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, test, and troubleshoot components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Receive, organize, pick, and prepare materials for production requirements.
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipping and distribution.
• Maintain inventory records and a clean, organized work environment.
