WeActis is seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and French) Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365, pre-sales and/or post-sales client support, and cybersecurity. This role requires excellent client success experience and a university degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support client accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity solutions;
  • Assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demonstrations, onboarding, and ongoing support;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and gathering feedbacks on the solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Monitor and report on client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
