Position Overview :

Scispot is looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is designed for someone passionate about helping customers and excited to make a direct impact on the success of diagnostics, biotech, and scientific testing labs.

As a CSM, you’ll play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our founding team and have plenty of opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Onboarding : Manage and streamline the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience.
  • Ongoing Support : Proactively assist existing customers—whether in diagnostics, biotech, or testing labs—by offering tailored support, addressing issues, and helping them maximize Scispot’s value.
  • Issue Resolution : Work with engineering and operations teams to resolve customer issues and prevent future challenges by streamlining processes.
  • Customer Relationships : Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering high satisfaction levels and retention.
  • Product Knowledge : Leverage your understanding of wet lab workflows or bioinformatics to provide expert insights and personalized recommendations to life sciences and diagnostics customers.
  • Feedback Loop : Gather customer feedback, document insights, and collaborate with product teams to inform product improvements.
  • Collaboration : Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials. Support in crafting customer training resources tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 2–3 years in customer success, business operations, consulting, or a related field. Prior experience in a B2B SaaS startup in the life sciences or diagnostics space is highly preferred.
  • Educational Background : A Master’s degree or beyond in Biotechnology, Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field is required.
  • Wet Lab or Bioinformatics Knowledge : Essential for understanding the needs of diagnostics and scientific labs.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and present to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Problem Solving : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Self-Motivation : High energy, proactive attitude, and a self-driven approach to achieving results.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work across different time zones and outside of standard hours when needed.
