Job summary

- Support hot runner systems, controllers, and injection molding equipment.
- Guide customers with remote diagnostics, installation, calibration, and startup.
- Coordinate issue resolution with engineering, quality, and service teams.
- Maintain CRM records and contribute to product knowledge sharing.
