Job summary

CDW Canada is hiring a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help sellers turn opportunities into customer value across Canada from Toronto. You will connect account teams with CDW resources, nurture renewals, and drive growth through hardware and software solutions.

You’ll work in the Partner Business Development team, develop opportunities, document activity, use Gainsight to surface insights, and complete IBM badge requirements.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and relationship-building skills with sellers, partners and specialists.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and following through with organized records.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review install-base and renewal opportunities with sellers and identify expansion needs.
• Become dependable contact for CDW sellers across hardware and software; route questions to specialists.
• Keep opportunities moving with accurate deal registrations and timely follow-ups.
• Participate in Customer Success Advocate activities using Gainsight to surface usage insights.
• Develop commercial and technical fluency through quarterly IBM badges and training.
• Support quarterly business reviews with updates and actions to drive partner revenue growth.
