Qualifications

• Must have A+ certification or relevant service/support role experience.
• Experience in mobile, Windows, Mac OS, and server environments is required.
• Candidates must pass an RCMP criminal background review.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage service tickets for technology support.
• Provide remote technology assistance via phone and online.
• Complete hardware and software repairs for various electronic items.
• Travel to locations for installations and technology services.
• Train users on technology hardware and software effectively.
