Job summary
A leading technology service provider is seeking technicians in Whitehorse, Yukon, to perform technology services for diverse clients including businesses and government. Qualifications
- Must have A+ certification or relevant service/support role experience.
- Experience in mobile, Windows, Mac OS, and server environments is required.
- Candidates must pass an RCMP criminal background review.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage service tickets for technology support.
- Provide remote technology assistance via phone and online.
- Complete hardware and software repairs for various electronic items.
- Travel to locations for installations and technology services.
- Train users on technology hardware and software effectively.
