Role Summary

We’re seeking ambitious, self-motivated tech sales agents to drive business development. You’ll be responsible for sourcing leads, pitching our services, and closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses across North America and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and understand client needs
• Present Rattix IT’s solutions effectively
• Close deals and manage client handoff to delivery team
• Maintain regular communication and relationship management post-sale
• Deal with Large clients mainly with a focus on tech solutions and customer experience and goals

Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT sales is strongly preferred

• Experience in landing IT Contracts worth 500k-1M+ annually
