Job summary

RBC Technology & Operations is offering a Business Support Co-op in Toronto for 8-12 months. You will be considered for multiple roles including Business Systems Analyst, Operations Analyst, and Project Control Officer.

As a student you will analyze business requirements, document stakeholder needs, and assist in creating end-user materials while collaborating across IT and business teams to ensure accurate project data and effective knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary program with focus on business technology, analysis, commerce, PM, or communications design.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Creative and analytical thinker able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents to identify and resolve system issues and software needs.
• Assess stakeholder needs and support development of business solutions.
• Document information end-to-end and create process and training materials.
• Collaborate across groups to ensure IT project portfolio data is accurate.
• Create and maintain project schedules and update web content as needed.
• Ensure communications meet needs of T&O functional areas and align with site infrastructure.
