Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary program related to Business Technology Management, Business Analysis, Commerce, Project Management, Communications Design, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business analysis processes (requirements gathering, documentation, use cases) and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement documents to identify, track, and resolve system issues and software requirements.
• Document stakeholder needs and support development of business solutions that satisfy client needs.
• Gather information end-to-end and create process documents, end-user training materials, FAQs, and user guides.
