Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to guide a team of testers in delivering robust software solutions. You will design test strategies, oversee automated and manual testing, and ensure high-quality releases across AI-driven projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with engineering, and reporting testing progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced, hybrid Canada-based role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Agile methodologies and QA practices.
• Experience with tests, security testing, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead QA teams and mentor testers.
• Certifications such as ISTQB and Java expertise are advantageous.
