Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment is seeking team members for our Barrie centre with September 2026 start dates. We are hiring both part-time and full-time staff for the bar, front desk and serving teams.

You will deliver friendly guest service, assist guests with bowling experiences, and help maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food and maintaining drink levels.
• Answer and fix lane stop calls promptly and record FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Perform other duties as required.

The What...

A Team Member at Splitsville is a dynamic role which means you may be required to work in multiple departments, but if you have a passion for a particular area, we’d like to hear from you!

Team Members working in the bar or serving must be of legal age to serve and handle alcohol (Smart Serve certification required)

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries.
• Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre‑bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Answer and fix any lane stop calls in a timely and efficient manner while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close.
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members.
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers.
• Other duties as required.
