Splitsville Entertainment Inc. in Barrie is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Team Member for a September 2026 start date at our new centre. You will maintain the venue, keep lanes running smoothly, and communicate faults to the team and guests while delivering high-energy service.

You will receive ongoing training, career development, and access to in-house management programs, along with staff perks such as dining discounts and bowling access.

Qualifications

• Experience of general DIY: painting, decorating, plumbing and non-electrical maintenance.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Great guest service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, supportive, and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Being on the ball when it comes to spotting and resolving a problem.
• A proactive approach, maintaining our equipment and centre to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of our centres and ensure lanes are in full operation.
• Liaise with the team and guests about any faults experienced at the centre.
• Participate in induction and ongoing training and development.
• Deliver engaging, energetic guest service to ensure value-for-money experiences.

We need a highly motivated, Facilities Maintenance Team Member who can work alongside our centre team. You'll need to maintain high standards of our centres and ensure our lanes are in full operation. You’ll also be liaising with both the team and the guests about any faults they experience while at the centre.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, you will be trained on everything you need to know. You will be given a thorough induction and ongoing training and development to set you up for success, as well as ongoing development and career opportunities should you wish to take the next step into management.
