Firehouse Subs Bedford is hiring Team Members to join our busy restaurant. You will help with sandwich and salad preparation, keep the dining area clean, and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests.

Candidates should communicate well, work as part of a team, and be reliable with flexible hours. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus.

• Maintain a clean uniform and high level of hygiene.
• Handle guest problems and complaints efficiently and positively.
• Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Deliver consistent and exceptional hospitality.
• Provide detailed menu and product knowledge to guests.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Keep the front counter/dining area clean, organized, stocked and ready.
• Follow all Operations Standards for Hospitality, Food Preparation and Safety.
• Complete and participate in Firehouse Subs training program.
