We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new, state-of-the-art campus of care in Brantford, featuring 160 long-term care beds and 147 retirement suites. This innovative home is designed to set a new standard in senior living, seamlessly blending exceptional care, enriching culinary experiences, and dynamic services.
As a key member of the team, the Team Member Experience Coordinator, Campus plays a vital role in supporting both Retirement and Long-Term Care operations. This position delivers hands-on Human Resources support through the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment/onboarding to performance management, engagement, and offboarding. The TMEC ensures smooth HR service delivery and helps foster a culture aligned with our organization’s values of Act Positively, Be Accountable, Create Community, and Demonstrate Caring.
Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Director, and in collaboration with the HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for frontline teams and leadership, ensuring HR excellence every step of the way.
