Job summary

Aramark Tim Hortons team in Kamloops is looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our operations. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and snacks, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

This role requires flexible shifts, strong guest service, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting. Prior POS experience is a plus, and we provide training and a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with guests, staff, and management
• Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Tim Hortons policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately take guest orders and process transactions
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established standards
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling
• Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed
• Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests
• Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures

The pay range for this position is $18.30 - $18.30.
