Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking friendly, energetic team members to join our Tim Hortons team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare coffee and snacks, and ensure quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is flexible with shifts, reliable, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided and opportunities for growth within our hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Food Safe certification preferred.
• Demonstrates a friendly attitude and strong commitment to guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with guests, staff, and management.
• Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Tim Hortons policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take guest orders and process transactions.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established standards.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling.
• Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies.
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed.
• Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures.
