Job summary

Aramark is seeking self-motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Tim Hortons team. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages and food, and process transactions, while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities include upholding policies, ensuring quality and cleanliness, stocking and assisting teammates, and supporting daily operations. This role may involve flexible shifts; Aramark supports professional growth and equal employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with guests, staff, and management
• Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Tim Hortons policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately take guest orders and process transactions
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established standards
• Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling
• Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies
• Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations
• Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed
• Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests
• Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures
