Team Leader, Management Support and Expertise Support

Join us to apply for the role of Team Leader, Management Support and Expertise Support at Desjardins.

Position Details:

Type: Temporary, 12 months

Work Mode: Full-time, on-site

Responsibilities:

• Provide management support to your team, coordinate technical activities, action plans, and initiatives.
• Coach and guide a team primarily composed of technical and support staff, assign tasks, monitor progress.
• Support employee engagement by fostering a positive, motivating work environment.
• Manage individual performance and have functional authority over the team.
• Resolve technical issues and contribute to developing technical methods and procedures.
• Assist in planning, executing projects, and meeting targets on time and within budget.
• Help develop training and skills development strategies for team members.
• Address complaints and problems following organizational practices.
• Manage the team’s budget and support hiring, performance management, and skills development processes.
