We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, and compassionate leader to manage the Specialist Alcohol Team working remotely across Inclusion Recovery Hampshire.
Working as part of our leadership team, you will oversee a team of staff managing their own caseloads of clients, offering health support for those using alcohol, embracing the concept of recovery, and providing evidence-based psychosocial interventions to service users. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Specialist Alcohol Service you manage, ensuring quality and effective treatment, and supporting and mentoring the team of recovery workers, engagement workers, administrators, and trainees within the service.
