Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, and compassionate leader to manage the Specialist Alcohol Team working remotely across Inclusion Recovery Hampshire.

Working as part of our leadership team, you will oversee a team of staff managing their own caseloads of clients, offering health support for those using alcohol, embracing the concept of recovery, and providing evidence-based psychosocial interventions to service users. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Specialist Alcohol Service you manage, ensuring quality and effective treatment, and supporting and mentoring the team of recovery workers, engagement workers, administrators, and trainees within the service.

Main duties of the job

  • Manage the Specialist Alcohol Service in Hampshire, working 37.5 hours per week.
  • Lead a team of remote workers, ensuring effective management and supervision.
  • Work with hospitals, primary care, and commissioners to deliver integrated services.
  • Promote the service and encourage new service users into treatment.
  • Provide person-centred treatment to service users.

  • Experience in drug and alcohol services.

  • Foundation Degree/HNC or similar in related fields such as counselling, social work, nursing, psychology, or management.
