Insight Global is looking for a Collections Team Lead for one of our clients for a 7 month contract. This is a remote opportunity and a candidate must be able to work in MST hours. A successful candidate will have previous experience working in a team lead/supervisor level role and extensive hands-on experience in collections.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Collections experience.

  - Experience leading a team of 5+ people

  - Hands on experience in B2B collections, as well as an understanding of roles within order to cash and tasks that should reside in each role.

  - Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including strong level in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, knowing how to work a formula).
