Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience
• Drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers leave happy
• Manage store stock and maintain an attractive, organized store environment
• Stay informed about JACK & JONES products and store promotions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with initiative
• Excellent team player and communicator in English
• Previous fashion retail experience
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week
