Job summary

The Beeches UK is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our care team on a full-time basis. You will support young people in a stable, nurturing home environment, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills through daily routines and individual care plans.

The role includes building trusting relationships, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with a dedicated team across shifts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred.
  • Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care or working towards.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location:The Beeches UK

Hours:40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary:£31,907 per annum

Shift Pattern:1 day on, 2 days off rotation

Overtime:Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked

You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.
