Job summary

JACK & JONES in Newmarket, ON is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a dynamic retail team at Upper Canada Mall. The role pays starts at CAD 19.00 per hour and offers a 50% employee discount in store and online, plus opportunities for internal promotions.

You’ll drive sales, mentor staff, ensure top customer service, and keep visuals sharp while staying in the loop on promotions and products. Weekday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.

Location: Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket, ON
Compensation Offered: Starts at $19.00 per hour

• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have weekday availability, which is an asset for this role.
  
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
