JACK & JONES in Cookstown, Ontario, is seeking a Sales Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead a customer-focused team. The role drives sales, maintains presentation standards, and ensures an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

You will manage floor stock, stay aligned with promotions, and mentor teammates, while leveraging your English and French communication skills to engage diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and French.

Location: Cookstown Tanger Outlets, Cookstown, ON
Compensation Offered: Starts at $20.00 per hour

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
• Make sure every customer leaves with a smile! Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

What it takes:

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
