Leclerc Biscuits in Cornwall, ON is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee a production line, coordinate daily operations, and enforce health, safety and food safety standards while guiding and developing team members.

You will lead with a collaborative approach, conduct floor walks, perform daily audits and ensure products meet quality expectations. Starting wage is $24.56/hour, increasing to $33.02/hour based on experience.

Position Summary

The Production Team Leader is responsible for the execution and performance of their production line. They coordinate daily operations to ensure workflow continuity and enforce Biscuits Leclerc's policies. With strong technical understanding of each station, they guide, develop and challenge team members while ensuring optimal results.
