You hold a college diploma in Dietetics or Food Process / Quality Technology, bring experience in food manufacturing, and demonstrate strong bilingual communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Investigating internal and external complaints.
• Participating in improvement projects and new product development in collaboration with the Process and R&D team.
• Writing and following up on non‑conformity reports.
• Monitoring product shelf life and aged ingredients.
• Assisting with physicochemical analyses.
• Performing microbiological sampling.
• Calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Quality Director, you will ensure food processing control regarding hygiene, sanitation, and product conformity. You will support operations, perform analyses on finished products and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
