POD Marketing Inc. is seeking a Website Production Team Leader in Calgary. This role is crucial for managing the website production team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to deliver high-quality websites and improve production processes.

You can support a team through competing priorities, client escalations, production challenges, and process changes while collaborating effectively with project managers, developers, designers, writers, and leadership.
This role is a critical part of our Websites leadership team. You are responsible for managing the website production team, including day-to-day operations, people management, performance support, workflow oversight, and team development. You will act as an escalation point for complex client or production issues and may manage a reduced portfolio of your own clients, depending on department needs. You will work closely with the Manager of Websites, project managers, developers, and internal team members to create high-quality websites, improve production processes, and contribute to product development initiatives.
