Job description

Manager, Client Success (Digital Marketing)

Reporting to the Director, Client Success (Digital Marketing), the Manager, Client Success serves as the dedicated day-to-day lead for Atlas Roofing Corporation and its divisions. This role is responsible for ensuring work moves smoothly from planning through execution by coordinating projects, managing timelines and budgets, facilitating communication, and providing exceptional client service.
Working in partnership with senior leaders, including the Director, Client Success and the VP, Digital Marketing, this role helps create a seamless client experience without introducing a handoff model. While the Manager, Client Success oversees day-to-day coordination, senior leaders remain actively engaged in strategic planning, key recommendations, and major business decisions. The successful candidate acts as the connective tissue between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across all digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Logistics

Our office is located at 14 Birch Avenue, in the Summerhill area of midtown Toronto, but we’ve mostly been working from home/remotely since March 2020. Since it became safe to return to the office, we have implemented a Flexible Work Options Policy that give our team a desirable balance between primarily working from home with the option for collaborative time in the office.

We host four annual on-site all-staff days each calendar year, but there are also occasions where your presence is needed in-person for client or planning meetings.

Client-Facing Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for Atlas Roofing and its divisions, ensuring questions, requests, and project needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through responsiveness, transparency, and consistent follow-through.

Work in partnership with senior agency leaders to maintain continuity and visibility, ensuring clients retain direct access to the senior team who remain actively involved in strategy and key decisions.

Lead day-to-day client communications, including meetings, agendas, status updates, and follow-up on action items.

Proactively communicate scope, budget, or timeline pressures early, presenting clear recommendations and options rather than allowing teams to be silently overloaded.

Consolidate and manage client feedback, ensuring requests are clearly understood and accurately reflected in the work.

Prepare and present recurring status reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials tailored to client stakeholders.

Coordinate campaign and content approvals, ensuring client sign-off is secured at the right stages.

Represent the client's priorities internally while reinforcing the value of the broader agency team.

Team-Facing Responsibilities

Coordinate project workflows across multiple service lines, including paid media, social media, content marketing, SEO, web, analytics, and creative production.

Maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and task management systems to ensure visibility and accountability.

Manage project management and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Planner, Trello, Jira, and SharePoint.

Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines, flagging risks and resourcing needs early to senior leadership.

Maintain accurate invoicing, budget trackers, purchase records, and financial documentation.

Organize and manage project assets, files, approvals, and supporting documentation.

Support campaign and content launches by ensuring all required assets, approvals, tracking, and deliverables are in place.

Conduct quality assurance reviews of deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards and best practices.

Coordinate revisions with internal teams to support efficient, on-time delivery.

Assist reporting and analytics processes by coordinating data collection, report development, and performance reviews.

Help develop, document, and continuously improve internal processes, workflows, templates, and best practices.

Foster strong communication and collaboration between senior leaders and cross-functional delivery teams.

Attend all client meetings. Track meeting minutes, ensuring action items are assigned and fulfilled on time.

Candidate Requirements
Experience & Education

3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or digital marketing operations, ideally within an agency environment.

Post‑secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.

Exposure to paid media, social media, SEO, or content marketing programs (hands‑on execution not required, but familiarity with how the work gets delivered is essential).

Core Skills

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the judgement to know when to elevate to senior leadership.

Strong relationship‑building skills and a client‑first service mindset.

Comfort discussing scope, budgets, and timelines transparently, including proactively flagging when more resourcing is needed.

Reliable tech fluency and the ability to pick up new tools and platforms quickly.

Tools & Platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

Familiarity with digital marketing, design, and reporting platforms such as Sprout Social, Figma, BugHerd, Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Data Studio is an asset.

Remote Work Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, with a reliable home internet connection and a professional, distraction‑minimized workspace.

Strong self‑management and accountability, with the discipline to stay organized and responsive without in‑person oversight.

Availability during core business hours (aligned to Eastern Time) to support client and team coordination.

Comfort collaborating across digital channels (Teams, Slack, video conferencing) to maintain visibility and connection with clients and colleagues.

Access to reliable transportation to visit the office or clients in Ontario, 1-2x monthly.

Location: remote-first, with some in-office (~20 times annually)

Job Status: full-time

Start Date: September 8, 2026
