As the Team Lead, Solutions Engineering Operations, you will guide the vision and ongoing optimization of our global demo infrastructure, ensuring the Solution Engineering team delivers seamless, high-impact presentations that drive sales success.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for the Prophix Performance Platform, support solution configuration, and enable Solution Engineers to articulate business value effectively.

You’ll also play a key role in growing and mentoring a diverse team of early-career Solution Consultants, while leading strategic programs that strengthen the impact of the Solution Engineering function.

This role requires a blend of leadership, operational excellence, and problem-solving expertise.

What You Will Do

• Lead and enhance the global pre-sales infrastructure to ensure all prospect-facing team members have seamless access to the most current solution offerings and sales assets
• Manage and support a team of Solutions Consultants, driving high performance through regular coaching, feedback, and alignment with individual career development goals
• Design, coordinate, and oversee interconnected projects within the Solution Engineering team—identifying new applications and use cases, enabling adoption, and ensuring alignment with go-to-market needs
• Collaborate closely with Cloud Operations, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing leadership to align on new and evolving solution releases and ensure consistent execution across teams
• Monitor emerging industry trends and technology innovations, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and influencing future solution direction
• Contribute to the growth of the team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing talent development
• Mentor new hires on their transition into the Solutions Consulting function, including enablement and certification across Prophix offerings with a focus on business value delivery
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational success
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with a technical focus)
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pre-Sales or a similar technical role within a SaaS organization
• Proven ability to design and implement reusable processes and solutions (e.g., Excel models, automation scripts, ETL workflows, or business processes)
• Solid understanding—academic or practical—of core financial concepts such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and financial reporting
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, Enterprise/Corporate Performance Management (EPM/CPM) platforms, or data warehousing technologies is considered an asset
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals toward professional development and performance goals
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly beneficial
• Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
