Job summary

Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS) seeks a Team Lead for the Pathways to Education Program in Surrey and Vancouver areas. You will mentor Youth Outreach Workers, supervise staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure contract outcomes while building partnerships.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed practice, and a commitment to working with Indigenous, LGBTQ2+ youth; travel between sites may be required, with in-person and on-call work as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor staff at program level.
  • Experience coordinating service delivery and monitoring outcomes.
  • Crisis response and ethical decision-making experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices for diverse communities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, supervise, and mentor staff.
  • Provide direction and coordinate service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on contract outcomes and performance.
  • Collaborate with Manager on operations, finances, and quality assurance.
  • Develop partnerships and proposals for program expansion and renewal.
  • Ensure alignment with PCRS policies and procedures.
  • Lead an engaged, collaborative staff team.
  • Maintain relationships with internal programs and partner organizations.
  • Represent PCRS at community and official functions.
