  • Organize student data, support records, and progress information for effective IEP development.
  • Create simple, goal‑focused Learning Profiles for students requiring extra support.
  • Monitor timelines and document updates related to reporting periods and parent communication.
  • Support the design and review of student programming reflecting learning, behavioural, social‑emotional, communication, sensory, and safety needs.
  • Lead collaborative creation of individualized safety, supervision, regulation, and behaviour plans.
  • Identify risks and maintain protocols for students with elopement risks, medical concerns, or emotional regulation challenges.
  • Plan transitions, risk reduction, and success strategies across classroom and non‑classroom settings.
  • Provide instructional coaching, co‑teaching, and research on adaptations for all students with IEPs.
  • Suggest interventions to classroom teachers and support educational planning.
  • Provide guidance, resources, and mentorship to staff supporting Pathways students, including Learning Support staff, classroom teachers, and EAs.
  • Model inclusive techniques and trauma‑informed, relationship‑based, student‑centred approaches.
  • Provide observational and performance data for EA evaluations.
  • Act as a key liaison between support team, families, and administration regarding student programming and case management.
  • Facilitate and lead IEP meetings and co‑facilitate School‑Based Team meetings.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with school expectations and Ministry requirements.
  • Engage in self assessment, attend conferences, and continue professional development in effective instruction and educational leadership.
