We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story.

Kardium has a unique opportunity for an experienced Team Lead – Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering. As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, the Team Lead will be responsible for managing all activities related to the transfer of product designs and manufacturing processes into production, collaborating with quality engineering on root cause analysis and resolution of nonconformances, and leading efforts to optimize manufacturing process and equipment throughput for cost-effective solutions. • Collaborating with Manufacturing and Equipment/Facility teams to monitor manufacturing floor layout, optimize line balancing, and maximize capacity and throughput.
  • Owning the execution of new layouts, changes, and improvements in your area.
  • Managing the design, fabrication, and implementation of production equipment.
  • Participating in product design-for-manufacture reviews with design engineering.
  • Maintaining manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and process plans.
  • Reviewing PFMEA documentation and driving implementation of process risk mitigations.
