In this role, you will oversee the operation of machinery and manage a team to ensure efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor output and quality to meet customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Able to work in dusty work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator / Set up / reset
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in quality or lab setting is an asset
• Matching large volume in alpha numerical strings (labelling jars, scanning samples into batches)
