RW&CO is seeking a Team Lead to collaborate with the management team, drive store performance, and inspire a customer-focused staff. You will manage daily operations, coach associates, and ensure visual merchandising standards while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in retail, strong communication, and a passion for fashion. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with physical ability for the work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As aTeam Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
