RW&CO in Barrie is seeking a Team Lead to collaborate with management, inspire the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor. You will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer-focused environment with hands-on leadership.

The role requires 6+ months of leadership in retail, strong communication, and a passion for fashion. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected. RW&CO offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and aligning with KPIs.
• Assist day-to-day operations, including policies, procedures, loss prevention, opening/closing, cash management, reporting and scheduling support.
• Maintain high merchandising and visual presentation to create a welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Promote effective communication with the Store Manager for aligned priorities.
• Collaborate with the management team for swift action on priorities.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor and resolving concerns.

Job Description

As aTeam Lead, you will collaborate with the management team to keep operations running smoothly and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your leadership, sense of style, and hands‑on approach, you will help create a vibrant, organized, and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
