Job summary

PENN. Penningtons in Calgary is seeking a Team Lead to support store performance and lead a small team on the sales floor. You’ll collaborate with management to deliver an outstanding customer experience and uphold merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, cash handling, scheduling support, coaching staff, and promoting clear communication with the Store Manager. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma required.
