Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Retail experience of 2 years is an asset.
• 1 year of team lead experience in retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Effective time management to multitask multiple tasks.
• Organized and proactive team player with hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social Media, mobile device and computer skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Support day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Contribute to inventory optimization, shipments, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
• Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising directives.
• Collaborate with store team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
