Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Garage/Dynamite store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a talented team, and drive sales on the floor and via digital channels.

You’ll oversee inventory, replenishment, and eCom orders while upholding brand standards and visual presentation. You’ll collaborate with teams to deliver a positive shopping experience, manage stock, and execute merchandising plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and drive sales on floor and online.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
• Contribute to visual/merchandising standards and store directives.
• Support shipments, stock control, and day-to-day operations.
