Job summary

Dynamite is seeking a proactive Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships in our Canada stores. You will help manage day-to-day operations, optimize inventory, and support sales growth while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising directives.

You will play a key role in shipment processing, floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment, collaborating with teammates to achieve store success and deliver memorable customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• 1 year of team lead experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Good time management to multitask effectively.
• Organized, hands-on teammate who is proactive.
