As a Team Lead, you will motivate, coach, and support employees, aligning their goals with the company's vision through collaboration and relationship-building.

A day in the life -

1. Provide a positive environment that attracts and retains talent.
2. Support team performance and development.
3. Assist the branch manager or oversee objectives in their absence, ensuring service commitments are met.
4. Address client and associate inquiries, handle escalations, train new hires, and contribute to process improvements.
5. Maintain strong relationships with employees to uphold service standards.
6. Utilize current tools and procedures for decision-making and service delivery.
7. Perform other duties as required.

What you will bring to our team -

• At least 5 years of insurance brokerage experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Level 2 General Insurance License and industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary Expectations –

The salary range is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions.
