Job summary

Follett of Canada Inc in Canada invites applications for a Team Lead Canada who works with Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet customers' needs and drive sales and profits.

In this role you will assist Team Members with completing store tasks, act as leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, and handle opening and closing duties while ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
• Able to walk/stand, lift 25-50 pounds, and move merchandise with proper equipment
• Basic computer skills including creating/saving text documents and emailing
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
